Basler racer r2L2048-172cm line scan camera features a fast CoaXPress interface to deliver 172,000 image lines per second.
Basler racer 2 S line scan cameras are a great choice for factory automation and inspection installations. The Basler Racer 2 S cameras have a compact, slim industrial housing with a foot print of only 29 x 29 mm. Both the 2k and 4k models have a CMOS image sensor that is compatible with C-mount lenses, helping to minimize system cost.
This camera's CoaXPress 2.0 (CXP-12) interface offers bandwidths up to 12.5 Gbps. In addition to transmitting data, CoaXPress data cables can also power the camera using Power over CoaXPress (PoCXP), eliminating the need for a separate power cable. Note that bandwidth is a function of the cable length.
Because the racer 2 S cameras are CoaXPress 2.0 compliant, there are many hardware and software components that are compatible. Basler offers their own CoaXPress frame grabbers and Pylon software for 64-bit Windows and Linux platforms. Zebra Aurora Imaging Library and Aurora Design Assistant are also compatible when using the Zebra Rapixo frame grabber. And many other suppliers support CoaXPress cameras.

This camera is warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of original factory manufacture.
Small quantities of cameras normally stocked by Machine Vision Store may be returned within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking charge, if original package is unopened and in new condition. Larger quantities are subject to Basler's 40% restocking charge. Open packages may not be returned.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Machine Vision Store and shipped with freight pre-paid. Please contact us to request authorization and instructions. The item's serial number and associated sales order number will be needed.
