The 4Sight XV6 ships with Windows 10 IOT Enterprise, and is pre-imaged for use with the Matrox Imaging Library. It can be delivered with Matrox Design Assistant installed and licensed.
FLOWCHART PROGRAMMING
Optional Design Assistant (“DA”) software enables you to quickly configure both the inspection tasks and operator interface screens. Inspection tasks are built using an intuitive flowchart -- No code is required. There is a large pallet of tools for analyzing, locating, measuring, reading and verifying image features.
DESIGN ASSISTANT BASIC
Design Assistant basic includes the following modules for development or run-time: PatternMatching, BlobAnalysis, Measurement, BeadInspection, Metrology, ColorMatcher, CodeReader, CodeGrade, IntensityChecker, ImageProcessing, EdgeLocator, Image compression, Industrial communication.
DESIGN ASSISTANT PLUS
Design Assistant Plus includes all basic modules, with the addition of: 3D functionality, ModelFinder, RectangleFinder, CircleFinder, EllipseFinder, SegmentFinder, StringReader, SureDotOCR, CNNClassIndex (classification), and PhotometricStereo (registration).
