The Zebra VS40 Machine Vision Smart Camera is a compact solution for automated inspection in production and warehouse operations. Depending on the toolset purchased, its capabilities can range from simple to advanced. This model has a 2.3 MP monochrome image sensor with standard working range. The integrated liquid lens makes installation a snap.
The Ethernet, USB-C and serial ports enable easy connection to your PLC or host network. Power-over-Ethernet simplifies deployment and reduces installation costs.
The Zebra VS40 smart camera delivers image capture reliability. ImagePerfect uses different settings to captures three different images of each object. Golden Image Compare allows to you effortlessly diagnose why an inspection failed -- and quickly resolve the issue.
Zebra Aurora software enables you to set up, deploy and run all Zebra fixed industrial scanners and VS smart cameras. One easy software app for one easy solution. Additionally, each Zebra VS40 camera has a performance dashboard accessible from any web browser.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Machine Vision Store and shipped with freight pre-paid. Please contact us to request authorization and instructions. The item's serial number and associated sales order number will be needed.
