Small quantities of products normally stocked by Machine Vision Store may be returned for credit or refund within 30 days of purchase, if products are in factory sealed packaging and in new condition. Items configured with options marked NC/NR cannot be cancelled, nor returned.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Machine Vision Store and shipped with freight pre-paid. Please contact us to request authorization and instructions. The item's serial number and associated sales order number will be needed.
