The Zebra Matrox 4Sight EV7 is a vision controller that integrates all the features needed for most machine vision projects. Perfect for industrial installations, the EV7 features an Intel 12th-generation CPU for deep-learning inference or prediction. A real-time I/O engine enables deterministic behavior, with 8 discrete inputs and 8 discrete outputs available for machine interface and control. The fanless design paired with a solid-state drive ensures reliable operation in industrial environments.

The Zebra Matrox 4Sight EV7 enables simultaneous communication with multiple cameras. There are four 2.5GigE ports and four USB3.2 ports for demanding installations. Two additional GigE and two additional USB2.0 ports are available for other peripherals.

The 4Sight EV7 ships with Windows 10 IOT Enterprise 2021 installed. Aurora Imaging Library and Aurora Design Assistant run-time environments are also pre-loaded. Runtime and development licenses are available as options.

FLOWCHART PROGRAMMING

Aurora Design Assistant (“DA”) software enables you to quickly configure both the inspection tasks and operator interface screens. Inspection tasks are built using an intuitive flowchart -- No code is required. There is a large pallet of tools for analyzing, locating, measuring, reading and verifying image features.

PARTIAL RUNTIME LICENSES

All versions of the EV7 include "partial" runtime licenses that enable communication with cameras, PLCs and robots. A license for Distributed Aurora Imaging Library is also included. This configuration is typically for users that prefer to license additional tools individually.

DESIGN ASSISTANT BASIC

Design Assistant Basic includes the following tools for development and run-time: PatternMatching, BlobAnalysis, Measurement, BeadInspection, Metrology, ColorMatcher, CodeReader, CodeGrade, IntensityChecker, ImageProcessing, EdgeLocator, and Image compression.

DESIGN ASSISTANT PLUS

Design Assistant Plus includes all basic tools, with the addition of: 3D functionality, ModelFinder, RectangleFinder, CircleFinder, EllipseFinder, SegmentFinder, StringReader, SureDotOCR, DL-OCR, CNN classification, and PhotometricStereo (registration).
