Machine Vision Store does more than distribute components. We can show you how to integrate components to build reliable solutions. We had several working vision systems at the 2019 MD&M / ATX show in Minneapolis.
AI Deep Learning system demonstrated image classification, sorting materials by their visual appearance. The software was trained on images of each material. Those images were then augmented to allow for normal variations in image intensity.
Components included:
Photometric-stereo vision system demonstrated using "shape-from-shadow" technology to enable reading white raised characters on a white background.
Components included:
Precision measurement metrology vision system showed key technologies, including compact telecentric lens and columnated back light. Although we used a 5 MP camera for demonstration, we offer other cameras having up to 151 MP.
Components included:
This package verification system features a big step forward in operator ease-of-use. It is easily trained to check 1D and 2D codes, text, patterns and seals. Features SoloPass™ technology to prevent user errors.
Components included:
Our featured partner for ATX 2019 was Matrox Imaging. Matrox Imaging is an established and trusted supplier to top OEMs and integrators involved in machine vision, image analysis, and medical imaging industries. The components consist of smart cameras, vision controllers, I/O cards, and frame grabbers, all designed to provide optimum price-performance within a common software environment.
We were also showing components from Base Lab Tools, Basler, Fujinon, Kowa, Leimac, Matrox Imaging, Neousys Technology, Opto Engineering, Schneider Optics, Spectrum Illumination and SVS Vistek.
