New Dual-Color Coax Light
Simultaneous visualization of surface shape and flaws can easily be accomplished using a LED Coaxial Dual-Color Light.
The Leimac Ltd IFVA-PA series simultaneously produces two different types of light with the same optical axis. You can image both surface shape and surface defects using a single camera.
Red LEDs project a dot pattern on the workpiece to detect the shape of an undulating surface, while blue light highlights scratches on that surface. Both inspection tasks can now be accomplished at the same inspection station using a single camera.
Capture both shape and flaw images simultaneously using a color camera, or independently using a monochrome camera.
