Items configured with options marked NC/NR cannot be canceled or returned. Special order items and open cartons cannot be returned unless defective as covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The return of item quantities exceeding that normally stocked by Machine Vision Store will be subject to a restocking fee. All returns must be pre-authorized by Machine Vision Store and shipped with freight pre-paid. Please contact us to request authorization and instructions.
