The Leimac IWDC-500M4G-24-TP/S2 constant-current light controller offers many features.
Four independently-controlled output channels can be connected to constant-current LED lights. If only the first two output channels are connected, twice the normal power can be delivered.
This compact LED light controller can be mounted on a DIN rail or set on a bench. Since it is powered direct from an AC supply, it will not load down your control power supply.
There are five methods of controlling the light outputs:
1. Use the Ethernet interface with third-party GenICam (version 2.4 or greater) compliant software. This machine vision standard is supported by software from companies such as Zebra, Cognex, and National Instruments. Browse and adjust controller parameters as needed.
2. Use the Ethernet interface to send commands using TCP/IP sockets and your own custom software.
3. Send commands via the RS232 interface.
4. Enable/disable lights using the four optically-isolated inputs.
5. Use the controller's manual adjustment knob to set each light's intensity as needed.
