The Leimac IWDV-600M2-24-SC strobe controller enables innovative high-intensity line scan solutions. Simultaneously capture multiple images using a single line scan camera. An inspection station can now combine multiple lights with one camera to inspect for different flaw types.

For example, combine a back light with a front light to image both holes and surface flaws. The back light is used to capture every-other camera line, while the front light is used to capture the opposite camera lines. The resulting image can then be "pulled apart" in software to build two separate images. One image is then analyzed for holes, while the other is analyzed for surface flaws.

Imagine combining lights having different wavelengths and/or geometries. What used to require multiple inspection stations can now be accomplished with a single camera.

Shown in the image above with the LTLC9224 strobe switch, which is sold separately. One LTLC9224 is required per strobed light.
