OVERVIEW
This is an industrial-grade imaging system that displays and records images from up to eight cameras.
> Machine operators can view remote or inaccessible production areas
> High-speed events can be viewed with perfect clarity, free of motion blur
> Images can be automatically saved in the file format of your choice
> Optional PLC communication via Ethernet/IP
IMAGE CAPTURE, DISPLAY & ARCHIVE
Capture images from up to eight GigE Vision, USB3 Vision, and/or CoaXPress cameras. Power the cameras over the data cable to reduce cable runs and eliminate camera power supplies. Mix and match camera models to best meet your needs.
View live images from up to eight cameras. Zoom and pan images to explore the details. Configure system to automatically save images in the format of your choice.
INDUSTRIAL COMMUNICATION
The optional Ethernet/IP interface enables PLC communication. Use your PLC to:
> Specify the current product type being produced. The vision system will automatically adjust internal settings as needed.
> Send the vision system serial numbers, which can be embedded in the resulting image file names.
> Trigger each camera independently.
> Confirm each image has been captured and saved.
APPLICATIONS
> Document product quality prior to shipping
> Enable remote monitoring
> Archive images for future AI training
> Visualize high-speed processes
> Troubleshoot machines
(The image shown above is representative of imaging systems in general. Actual product types and quantities will vary with system configuration.)
