The Leimac IRPA-30M4G light controller is GigE Vision compliant for easy integration with your software.

This controller drives up to four LED lights using constant-voltage 80 KHz PWM outputs. For stable illumination intensity, the PWM output is phase-synchronized with the trigger input.

This LED light controller will appear as a GigE Vision device on your camera network. Each light's parameters can be adjusted just as easily as your camera's parameters. As of September 2020, this controller has been successfully tested with current versions of GigE Vision software from Matrox, MVTec, and National Instruments.

Parameters can be set to adjust:

> Light on/off

> Trigger mode, continuous internal or triggered external mode

> Intensity, 0 to 100% in 256 steps

> Trigger delay time, 0 to 99.99 ms in 10 μs increments

> On duration, 0 to 99.99 ms in 10 μs increments

> Action pattern

The action pattern enables creation of multiple configuration sets, where each set can include an intensity, trigger delay, and on duration value. This flexibility may be useful when illuminating different part types.

The trigger cable and mini-DIN output cable are included. A LAN cable and a bracket for mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail are sold separately.
