This cast aluminum cross clamp is used to connect two 1" OD rods in a 90-degree configuration. They are easily adjusted during installation. However, fully tightening the screw tends to deform the clamp such that it will not fully release the rod. This is good for sites where flexibility is needed during installation, but you need things to stay put thereafter.
