Description

The precision dot-cloud projection patterns are manufactured using a chrome-on-glass photolithography process. Please configure to select your preferred dot density.

Coating: Chrome on glass using photolithography
Dot Size: 0.04 x 0.04 mm for 10.5% density; 0.08 x 0.08 mm for 20% and 35% density
Geometrical Accuracy: 2.0 µm
Edge Sharpness: 1.4 µm
Active Area: 11 mm for circular aperture projectors; 8 x 8 mm for square aperture projectors
