Telecentric lenses are the key component of accurate machine vision measurement systems. Unlike conventional lenses, optical magnification remains constant within the field of view and depth of field. This is especially important on the manufacturing floor, where part fixtures and camera triggers are seldom 100% repeatable.
This telecentric lens has been carefully designed for large line scan cameras with an image circle up to 62 mm. It features unmatched resolution, low distortion, easy phase adjustment, and homogeneous image quality.
Flat panel display, solar cell and electronic board inspection are among the most common applications of these optics in the electronics industry. At the same time, the optical specifications make them perfectly suitable for accurate measurements of large mechanical parts.
In addition to the standard M72x0.75 mount, this lenses can be easily equipped with any camera mount at no additional cost ensuring wide compatibility with most common line scan cameras.

The working distance (measured between the front of the lens and your object) should be kept within +/- 3% of the nominal value shown above for maximum resolution and minimum distortion. The f-number shown above is the “working” or “real” f-number of the lens when used as a macro. Please contact us if you need a lens having a smaller aperture.
