This item has been discontinued. Please contact us for substitutes.The Zeiss Ventum 2.8/21 is a compact, light-weight lens with a robust full-metal alloy housing.
The Ventum is equipped with the E-Mount and is compatible with large area-scan and line-scan sensors with an image circle of up to 43 mm and a pixel size starting at 2.8 µm. The aperture can be adjusted on the lens by 1/3 f-stops from F2.8 to F22. The locking and torque of the aperture ring are designed to prevent accidental adjustment due to vibration.
The Ventum has already proven popular for use in drones.

The manufacturer's limited warranty covers lenses against defects for two (2) years from the date of factory order. Warranty will not apply if repair or replacement is required because of accident, neglect, misuse, or damage during shipment. See manufacturer's warranty for complete information. Lenses in new condition, in unmodified original packaging, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking charge will apply, except in cases of defective products and/or shipping errors.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Machine Vision Store and shipped with freight pre-paid. Please contact us to request authorization and instructions. The item's serial number and associated sales order number will be needed.
