Broad range of accessories for complete hardware solution

Let us help you design the optimal vision system for your project. We offer the convenience of a single source for hardware and support. We’ve selected and tested our components to make sure they work together. Compare performance, support, and price. You’ll be glad you chose Machine Vision Store as your partner.

Cameras

We can help you choose the cameras most appropriate for your requirements. With several hundred GigE Vision, USB3 Vision, and Camera Link cameras to select from, we’re likely to offer the optimal solution. And we’re experts in pairing the most appropriate lens with each camera.

Image Processors

Our industrial computers have been designed specifically for image processing. They feature:

  • Multiple GigE PoE and USB3 ports with chipsets compatible with Basler and SVS-Vistek cameras
  • Industrial designs with no moving parts and high temperature tolerance
  • Up to 32 digital I/O built-in (programmed via API)
  • Windows and Linux support

Or, if you prefer to use your own computer, we have GigE PoE and USB3 cards that assure trouble-free camera communication. Either way, each GigE port will have its own controller to enable the full camera framerate.

Lighting

Lighting is the key to success for inspection and robot guidance systems. Tell us about the parts to be imaged, and we’ll suggest an appropriate light. You can try it for 30 days and return it if it doesn’t meet your needs. Or, for a reasonable fee, we will experiment with your sample parts to choose the ideal light.

Accessories

Each system can also include the cables, filters, enclosures and brackets best suited to your needs.

Software

Built on industry standards, our vision systems are compatible with your choice of software. Deploy Cognex Vision Pro, ImageJ, Matrox Design Assistant, Matrox MIL, MVTec Halcon, MVTec Merlic, National Instruments LabView, or OpenCV. Use Pylon or SVCam Kit to configure cameras and display images from Basler and SVS-Vistek cameras, respectively. Add a monitor and either a mouse or touchscreen and you'll have a user interface to display images and results. Or add a keyboard and you may have a complete development machine.
